Position: Sales Executive (Permanent)

Role objective:
• As an EARS plc Sales Executive you will be tasked with developing sales across a defined territory, maintaining and developing existing business as well as identifying new revenue streams
• Work closely with the customer base to tailor the right solution to their business needs
• Carry out site visits when necessary to analyse their two way radio requirements
• Keep up to date and adapt to market conditions and competitor profiles
• Excellent relationship skills both with internal functions and externally from system design to completion
Who we're looking for:
• Proven track record in working to targets and exceeding them
• Minimum of one years experience ideally within sales of Private Business Radio
• Knowledge of the land mobile industry with a technical background in radio communication.
• Consultative approach with excellent communication skills
• You must be adept at managing the sales process and capable of working from your own initiative.
• In a target driven environment you should also possess a determined and positive approach
• The ability to make a rapid impact and maintain sales growth
